Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare and manage interim valuations, variation orders (VO), final accounts and claims

2. Prepare procurement process - prepare BQ, call quotations, evaluate and issue PO/ subcontract

3. Monitor site measurement, material usage and verify subcontractor claims

4. Maintain systematic contract records and document control for audit/compliance

5. Support site team in commercial matters including cost reporting and budgeting

6. Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and feasibility for project elements

7. Assist in ensuring adherence to contract terms, specifications and compliance

Desired experience/exposure

- Minimum 2-5 years working experience in construction industry (G7 preferred)

- Strong knowledge of PAM, JKR, FIDIC contract forms

- Proven leadership and negotiation experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
