Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Able to converse in English well.
- At least 5 years of experience in a construction company or preferably in an electrical company.
- Proficiency in CubiCost or similar cost management software is essential.
- Strong numerical and analytical Skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational Skills.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for development and construction projects.
- Perform take-offs, measurements, and pricing of works.
- Support the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and cost plans.
- Assist in negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs and report variances to senior management.
- Record all project data into CubiCost software.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
