Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Familiar and understanding of drawings and taking-off quantities
- Hands-on on materials pricing, plant and machinery cost
- Preparing, monitoring, and control of project budget
- Reviewing plans, record-keeping for all design changes and variation works
- Well communication among the project team, especially the operation department
- Negotiation with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Preparing and submission of progress claims to clients on the monthly basis
- Preparing and estimation for tender submission
- Initiative and work smart in problem-solving
- Other assignments as and when needed and instructed by the management
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma or Equivalent Cert in Quantity Surveyor
- Work experience in project contruction would be an added advantage.
- Able to travel from site to site
