About the job R & D Senior Executive

Job Responsibilities\xef\xbb\xbf * Planning and carrying out R&D activities and projects that comply with food regulations as well as company vision and mission.

• To improve and revise existing product formulations and processes if necessary to optimize productivity and cost.
• Conduct sensory and shelf-life evaluation for new and existing product samples.
• Participate in pilot tests and production runs until the commercialization of the new or
• modified product.
• Collaborate with the procurement department to source alternative ingredients.
• Liaise with supplier for new product samples and documents required, such as quotation, product specification, CoA, Halal Cert and etc.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to keep track of consumer needs and
• competitors performance.
• Provide technical and labelling information with regulatory compliance to related
• departments.
• Keep a record of all R&D-related documents.
• Assist in R&D lab equipment handling, maintenance and calibration.
• Get involved in R&D lab activities related to 5\'S, safety, inventory control and others.

\xef\xbb\xbfJob Requirements\xef\xbb\xbf * \xef\xbb\xbfAt least 2-3 years of working experience in seasoning, sauce and paste R&D, processing & manufacturing related field.

• Possess Degree or Diploma in Food Technology/ Food Science and other relevant field.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office & Excel, other relevant software and application.

• Able to manage time efficiently, effective in problem- solving, and having positive thinking.

• Possessed strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Familiar with Malaysian Food Regulations and Nutrition Labelling Regulations.
