About the job The R2R Specialist is accountable for ensuring the delivery of compliant management and statutory accounts on time and in full for all entities of the cluster. He/she will be accountable for the delivery of all (Greater China portfolio) financial reporting are submitted on time and in full (management and statutory). He/she provides all accounting information necessary for local regulations (i.e. tax and legal requirement) and supports GL & Reporting team lead to develop strong competencies to ensure excellence in execution and service level. About you Objectives of the role Deliver the General Accounting/reporting activities performed in their cluster are compliant with the Group core model and with the local rules Assist team lead to execute the closing options validated by the FBS Finance Director Deliver the management and statutory accounts of all CBUs on time, and fully compliant with the group rules or local GAAP. Ensure that the monthly reporting and bi-annual consolidation packages are reviewed and validated by the CBS and CBU Finance Directors before submission Provide all necessary support to the GL & Reporting team lead to ensure that all reported financial information is correct Perform integrity checks of interfaces fueling the accounting system, and follow up resolution of issues Perform local GAAP watch for in charge CBU Perform effective internal control system in the accounting and closing process in place Requirement Education Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting, Finance or Business Experience (in years) At least 4 years in accounting or reporting related function for multi-national companies SAP experience is preferred Good command of oral and written in Mandarin. The role will be servicing the Greater China portfolio Good communication and interpersonal skills.
