Job Purpose

• Create the supply plan across the whole supply network in such a way that service level, inventory and costs are optimized
• Optimize the stocking policies across the supply network
• Maintain and improve master data in order to optimize
• Cooperate with commercial teams in order to optimize customer satisfaction while balancing costs

Key Accountabilities

• Create the supply plan across the whole supply network while balancing service level, inventory and costs
• Manage the supply and replenishments across the whole supply network
• Release Stock Transfer Orders to the site in order to manage the supply and replenishments across the whole supply network
• Support the distribution centers and customer service with analyses when needed to create visibility
• Continuously determine the best stocking policies and supply routes
• Coordinate allocation across markets in case of limited stock availability
• Review mid term and long term outlook of the supply plan against resources and warehouse capacities
• Execute and support on various analyses using different tools and systems to optimize inventory and costs
• Ensure on target service levels and customer satisfaction at the distribution centers and report to the appropriate channels
• Ensure on target inventory health and report to the appropriate channels
• Actively participate in the SLOB process and support in the analyses and reporting on SLOB
• Ensuring supply at new customers and take into account specific customer requirements
• Provide impact analyses when needed to show the impact of decisions or scenarios to the markets

Experience

• University Education (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other relevant discipline) with Degree or equivalent qualification
• Focused on results
• Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and synthesize recommendations
• Strong desire to challenge and improve status-quo
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and able to work under-pressure
• Fluent and able to work in English. Understanding and sensitivity to different cultural behaviours.
