- Responsible to plan daily schedule allocated manpower and provide task planning by daily basis and monitoring mould change from time to time.
- Request material and to ensure a proper operating condition of material and equipment, and the availability of adequate material, equipment and toolbox at production floor.
- Receive drawing, coordinate & liaison with planner.
- Ensure cutting, fitting, and welding follow drawing requirements.
- Compile daily time sheets and reports.
- Conduct toolbox briefing once a week.
- Provide on-the-job training to teams.
- Make sure a safety working environment takes place.
- Responsible for any accident that happens and report to safety immediately.
- Any other job function assigned and new responsibilities as may be added as and when necessary from time to time.
Possessed of certificate in welding work.
Experienced in precast concrete and know how to read production precast drawing.
Willing to work in shift and when required (eg. weekend, public holiday, night shift).
Initiative and able to work with minimal supervision.
