Role: RC Mould Supervisor
Industry: Precast concrete products and prefabricated bathroom units
Working location: Senai, JohorResponsibilities:

Coordinate with workers to assist them in solving any problems encountered during the work.
Request material and ensure a proper operating condition of material and equipment, and the availability of adequate. material, equipment and toolbox at production floor i.e welding set, hammer & etc.
Receive drawing, coordinate & liaison with planner.
Ensure cutting, fitting and welding are carried out according to the drawing requirements.
Compile daily time sheets and reports.
Conduct toolbox briefing once a week.
Provide on job training to team.
Make sure a safe working environment is maintained.
Responsible for any accidents that occur and reporting them to safety immediately.
Any other job functions and new responsibilities assigned as needed from time to time.
