To develop new products, formulating different types of product and exploring market needs for future development
Conduct sensory evaluation for new and existing product sample or when it is necessary
Applied research into aspects of food processing, food preservation, food quality, food deterioration, packaging and storage.
Coordinate trial run with relevant departments and conduct process validation of new formulation
Monitor and coordinate all activities related to new / existing products development
Passionate in research and innovation with positive mind set in handling failure
REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Microbiology
Candidates with 1 year related experience in Manufacturing industry is an added advantage
Well-versed with HACCP, GMP and other food-related regulations
Analytical, well organised, good project management skill and well-equipped with multi-tasking ability
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Applicants must be willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
Own transport required
Working days: Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
