Manage and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) using SAP system, ensuring data integrity and consistency for all chiller products.
Oversee the complete design of chiller units, from raw materials to full assembly. This includes designing for internal components (compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, pumps, piping, insulation)
Lead the mock-up and prototyping of new chiller products, ensuring precise execution by the new product development team in accordance with design specifications and engineering standards.
Drive engineering projects with a strong sense of ownership and commitment, demonstrating excellent execution across all development phases.
Work closely with various departments, including procurement, production, supply chain, QAQC, and etc. for seamless project delivery.
Clearly and concisely communicate complex technical information to both internal and external customer.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and timely delivery of project milestones.
What We're Looking For:

Electrical & Software Design Engineer
:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three engineers and two drafters, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Lead the design and selection of electrical components, including MCCBs, soft-starters, magnetic contactors, relays, overload/overcurrent protection, isolator switches and etc. This will involve working with applications up to 600A and in the 380-460V range, ensuring optimal performance and safety for chiller loads.
Oversee the complete design of electrical panel cabinets, from raw sheet metal to full panel assembly. This includes designing for door panel accessories (hinges, locks, insulation) and cabinet ventilation, alongside the corresponding electrical component installations.
Lead the mock-up and prototyping of newly developed assembly control boxes, such as 3P3W Incoming-Supply Panels, IP-Rated panels, and 460V, 60Hz Chiller Model Extensions.
Lead, prepare and review customer/order specifications for non-standard units, including solutions involving power meters, harmonic filters, EMI solutions, and residual current devices.
Provide expert troubleshooting and assign resolutions for site-related electrical issues, such as grounding problems and overcurrent protection faults.
Lead and perform PLC programming for chiller applications and HMI programming, ensuring efficient and reliable control system operations.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field with CGPA 3.0 and above.
Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team with working experience of at least 2 years.
Extensive experience in electrical design for industrial applications, particularly with power systems up to 600A and 380-460V.
Strong knowledge of electrical components and their application, including MCCBs, soft-starters, contactors, relays, and protection devices.
Proficiency in designing electrical panel cabinets, including layout, wiring diagram, harness wires, component placement, and thermal management.
Demonstrated experience with PLC and HMI programming for industrial control systems.
Familiarity with chiller systems or HVAC applications is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
