Key responsibilities

Design, develop and improve new products and processes to meet performance and quality standards Conduct research on emerging products and trends that are relevant to the industry Identify and solve technical issues faced Prepare technical documentation, including test reports, product specifications, instruction manuals Present product performance evaluations and development updates to management Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to define requirements and ensure successful implementation

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome) or Min

3 years of relevant experience

in a production or manufacturing environment Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 3D CAD design software Strong understanding of product development processes, from concept to mass production Demonstrate strong initiative in performing tasks Good problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Willing to work in a hands-on environment
