Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 New product development and process improvement

\xc2\xb7 Supervise technicians on compounding process.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze physical and chemical properties of rubber material during development.

\xc2\xb7 Involve in tools & die fabrication.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate the improvement of existing products via formulation, compounding and molding process modifications.

\xc2\xb7 Achieve cost-savings by developing functional solutions to problems

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor Degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or any related studies.

\xc2\xb7 At least 1 years in relevant field, however Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

\xc2\xb7 Languages: English and Malay.

\xc2\xb7 Posses own transport and able to work at Shah Alam.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently as well as in a group.
