Job Description


  • Carry out R&D project such as formulation, sample preparation and sensory evaluation.
  • Improve and revise existing product formulation and process if necessary to optimize productivity and cost.
  • Developing new products.
  • Provide technical solution and troubleshooting during trial/production running.
  • Responsible in maintaining proper R&D documentation and system.
  • Develop product by comply with food safety, halal & haccp standard.
  • Conduct periodic product analysis, sensory evaluation, shelf life test and optimisation study when needed.
  • Communicate, guide and monitor the related staff in central kitchen for the needs of product development.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Superior.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate Degree in Food Science/ Nutrition/ Food Tech/ Culinary .
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in food and beverage industry and as a chef.
  • Good communication, planning and problem solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge and ability in kitchen management, recipe formulation, food presentation, food safety, food handling and hygiene.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese
  • Computer literate in microsoft office and gmail.
  • High integrity and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday

  • Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
