Responsibilities:

• Purchase info preparation, purchase request issuance, material estimation and physical parts preparation for project\'s Prototype Built, Design Verification Test, Process Validation, Design Changes, Mass Production & etc.
• Coordinate and involve in the shipping of samples to global innovation sites (projects / non-projects). This includes packing, coordinating with operation/projects, communication with receivers.
• Coordinate, document and ensure material management in projects is sufficient and tally with records.
• Lead and participate in material transfer from projects to operation through quick count collaboration with Supply Chain, Store, Production, QC and relevant stakeholders.
• Innovation storage capacity: liaise with Innovation storage admins and external store if required.
• Apply, take charge and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create / improve process workflow for material management under Innovation.
• Lead and participate in communication with project/operation team members to ensure correct material revision for use in projects / design changes.
• Collaboration with global Innovation, QARA and Operation teams efficiently and effectively to ensure accurate hand-over of information, knowledge and tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Material or equivalent Engineering / Science and find it easy to understand challenges in other professional areas.
• Understanding of mechanical and electronic hardware at components level is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in project environment / mass production and how to ensure a stable and reproducible manufacturing process.
• Experience in supply chain / material handling / control and coordination.
• Be proficient in written and spoken English at negotiation level.
• Work independently, structured and systematic.
• Able to work in a cross-cultural team.
• Open mind to new technologies, knowledge sharing, experiences and processes.
• See it as a challenge to work in a dynamic international environment.
• Understand documentation work is part of work nature in product development.
• Must have a sense of urgency and commitment to task schedules. It will be an advantage if you have relevant experience from the Medical Device industry including FDA requirements to Design Control, ISO 9001 and ISO13485).
