The R&D Project Engineer will coordinate hardware and software projects focused on continuous improvement of plating machines, ensuring successful project execution by managing timelines, risks, and resources. With a strong background in project management within an R&D environment, the ideal candidate will facilitate collaboration across multiple locations while driving innovative solutions and enhancing customer customisation.Coordinate hardware and software projects with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement in plating machines, focusing on performance, cost reduction, customer customisation requests, and functionality/assembly enhancements.Responsible for project planning and execution, as well as periodic monitoring of targets, risks, milestones, costs, and resources.Identify project risks and manage mitigation strategies to ensure successful completion of R&D projects according to specified requirements, timelines, and budgets.Conduct project review meetings and prepare periodic reports for the steering committee and other stakeholders, following Project Management specifications.Facilitate information flow within the project, communicating with project owners, external participants, and production sites in Asia.Serve as a liaison for project coordination between different R&D locations within Plating and production facilities.Assist the R&D Head of Department with administrative tasks during the absence of Engineering Managers.Attractive Salary and Benefits|Expanding and growing organization.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialisation in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, or Software/Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in project management within an R&D environment, preferably in a Semiconductor Backend OEM equipment company.
• Experience as an R&D Design/Development Engineer is a plus.
• Knowledge of plating processes and requirements is highly advantageous.
