R&d Project/ Senior Project Manager (subcon Management)
Job Description
Provides leadership and direction for assigned Program/Project.
Provide guidance & coaching to the project team when needed.
Supports the present & future needs of Wolfspeed and the PM R&D Ipoh
Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Proven capabilities & knowledge of Program/Project management in the semiconductor industry especially with Automotive Customers is preferred.
Good Management, Communication, Relationship & Team building skills are essential.
Job Requirement
Degree/Masters/PHD preferably of an Engineering course or Materials Science/Physics
At least 10 years of experience in same/related field especially in Program/ Project Management
Knowledge semiconductor OSAT backend process, NPI, QA systems & equipment is an advantage.
Proficient Managerial and computer skills
