Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electronic/electrical hardware controllers from conceptualization to mass production.
• Conduct electronic circuit design, simulation, components selection, bill of materials preparation, schematic circuit drawing, and printed circuit board layout.
• Collaborate within product development or technology teams to consistently deliver quality products.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and testing to ensure designs meet both internal standards and industry regulations.
• Coordinate design activities, effectively managing timelines and resources to meet project requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize designs for performance and reliability.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Master\'s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering with minimum CGPA 3.0 or 2nd class upper.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in electronic circuit design, including the ability to conceptualize, simulate, and implement circuits to meet project requirements.
• Experience in PCB layout design with knowledge in best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and positive attitude
