Job Description

Entry Requirements : Degree in Science (Chemical, Physics) or Engineering (eg. Mechanical Engineering, specialization in R&D engineering, electrical engineering/electronics) Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in furnace/printing process. Responsible for supporting the development, sustaining and localization projects for production operations. Extensive relevant hands on experience in an R&D or semiconductor production environment. Experience in solar screen printing technology development will be an added advantage. Basic experience in setup and commissioning of metallization tools. Good knowledge of analytical and optimization models and methods, eg. Process Control, Six Sigma, Kanban, DOE, etc. In depth understanding of solar cell concept and technologies. Able to work and solve problems independently. Proficiency in English, Chinese language with excellent written and communication skill. : Drive paste and screen development with suppliers. Develop and establish new supplier. Generate permanent improvement plan for internal and external customer requirements. Continuous developing new ideas and new technology to improve our products efficiency, quality, cost and delivery. To conceptualize, develop and manage the design projects according to the development process to meet project requirements, goals and objectives. Work closely on test plan and system integration, to quality the product implementation which involve in testing of product to ensure it meets quality standards. Coordinates on process improvement and technology transfer. Documentation and training of on new procedures/recipes.
