About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedR&D Trainee Engineerto join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in product development, testing, and process optimization within a fast-paced, manufacturing-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the R&D or Technical team in day-to-day operations and project execution.
Assist in developing new products through testing, trials, and process optimization.
Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, reports, and product specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance meet required standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in product innovation and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, preferably inChemical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Educational background or strong interest intextiles,chemicals,materials science, ormechanical systems.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners and review technical documentation provided in Mandarin.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
