Overview
A React developer is responsible for creating and maintaining user interfaces (UIs) and UI components using React, a front-end JavaScript library, for both web and mobile applications. They need to possess advanced React skills, a thorough understanding of the software development life cycle, and the ability to write, test, debug, and implement code to meet user needs. Effective communication is essential, as React developers collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, clients, testers, and web designers. Additionally, they should have significant experience in JavaScript or Typescript, strong mathematical aptitude, and proficiency in debugging tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to comprehend project requirements and transform them into well-structured React components.
• Create new user-facing features using React.js while ensuring compatibility with UI/UX designs.
• Construct reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability, catering to both mobile and desktop devices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to enhance overall code quality.
• Coordinate with back-end developers to integrate front-end logic with server-side APIs.
• Diagnose and resolve issues occurring during development and in production environments.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them appropriately to projects.
• Contribute to enhancing the development process, tools, and methodologies used within the team.

Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or web development.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong digital acumen, particularly in consumer goods.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
• Proven track record as a Front-End Developer with a significant emphasis on React.js.
• Profound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Mobx.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate proficiently.
• Experience with modern development workflows and tools, including Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, etc.
