Summary:

We are looking for a passionate React Native Developer to join our mobile development team. You will build high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android, working closely with designers, product owners, and backend developers. This role values clean architecture, smooth user experience, and strong collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the full contract lifecycle from pre-contracting to post-contracting phases. Conduct contract handovers and briefings and track action items from vendor business reviews. Administer and report on contract obligations, including claims review and minor amendments. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts, including those in progress. Update and manage contract data in systems such as ERP and MS Teams for internal tracking and reporting. Analyze contract-related data and provide regular updates to support ongoing contract management activities. Assist with administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, memo drafting, and archiving correspondence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including legal, procurement, finance, and end users.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Law (preferred), or a related field from a reputable university. 2 to 5+ years of relevant experience in contract and vendor management, ideally within the telecommunications or technology sectors. Solid understanding of commercial and contracting laws, including key terms and conditions. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology or telco-based agreements. Familiarity with contract management systems and tools.
Preferred Skills:

Professional certifications such as CIPS, CCM, or CCMA are advantageous. Strong work ethics with the ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity. High attention to detail, especially with numerical data. Excellent business writing and communication skills. Ability to simplify and improve processes, procedures, and policies. Experience in direct vendor engagement and relationship management.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
