Carry out building inspection and review department on weekly basis
Monitor and review housekeeping condition and cleaning checklist.
Check and review all building equipment's service report and filing in proper folder : Building monthly service equipment's.
Supervising vendors for any job assign by facility department.
Ensure in house repairing work must be done.
To update facility finding and reports via emails.
To Raise and close PO requisition
Assist to participate in RFQ/RFP Processes and procedures
Assist to transform the organization into carbon neutral provider with the portfolios
Assist on the new facility setup and reinstatement
Other task to be assigned
Key Working Relationships
The most significant and most common working relationships relating to the role. Detail the nature of the relationship and the frequency of the interaction:
Landlord - for tenancy renewal (annual review on portfolio) /maintenance (Weekly Basis)
Registered Vendor - For regular / special maintenance (Ad-hoc)
Non-registered vendor - For price comparison, vendor replacement (Ad-hoc)
Estate Agent/Consultant - To obtain the market information for expansion (Ad-hoc)
Contract Manager - Preparation of audits reports and finding on monthly basis
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Real Estate / Engineering background
Minimum 2 years managing industrial real estate and facilities
HVAC, Civil, Electrical knowledge and ESG implementation
Capable in collaboration, conflict management, clear communication, tolerance and stakeholders management
