• Understands the Australian residential and commercial construction industry
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in Real Estate
• Experience in drafting Australian floor plans
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and AutoCAD is required
• Good English skills, written and spoken
• Reliable - can meet deadlines
• Stable Internet to be able to connect to the local server with VPN
• Must have strong internet connection & capable hardware (computer)
• A person who shows great attention to detail and accuracy

• Drafter will be required to draft floor plans from a hand sketch or previous floor plan
• Calculate the sqm\xe2\x80\x99s of the property with the information provided.
• Will also be required to template each floor plan to the required company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing guidelines
