The ASP Zone countries consist among others of TH, PH, JP, KR, SG, MY, BD, TR, IL. Additionally, technical management of zone and collaborate with the local BAs in the countries and Hub Management. You are the point of contact for local countries CFOs and local BAs Heads in all RE related topics.How You'll Make an Impact

• Formulate a comprehensive occupancy strategy to increase the utilization of leased/owned premises.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve financial objectives without compromising quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to lease agreement terms and conditions.
• Implement a proactive approach to maintain and repair technical systems in the leased/owned premises, ensuring uninterrupted functionality.
• Harmonize internal procedures and obtain approvals for efficient property management.
• Keep databases, portfolios, and tools up-to-date for effective property management.
• Conduct market research to identify optimal solutions for leased/owned properties.
• Negotiate and renew lease and service agreements to secure favorable terms.
• Foster strong relationships with local employees and external partners of Siemens Energy.
• Supervise and manage various services if applicable, including corporate catering, mailing services, access control, housekeeping, parking lots, and others.
• Source and manage external suppliers and vendors through well-structured tenders and conduct tenders in line with corporate requirements for efficiency and transparency.
• Regularly assess and analyze space and workstation usage to optimize office layouts based on the BetterTogether office concept.
• Supervise the technical maintenance of premises, providing recommendations for furniture and equipment procurement.
• Lead the search for suitable office and industrial premises, considering the company's requirements.
• Plan and execute office relocations to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Collaborate effectively with commercial staff responsible for leased and owned premises to optimize outcomes.

What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering sciences, Construction or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability in Real Estate management related activities
• Technical Knowledge (Excel, Reporting, Basics of financial analysis)
• Ability to be multi-tasking in a dynamic and growing business
• Good communication and converse good English at professional working proficiency level.
• The ability to communicate clearly with different levels of partners across the business and across different countries/cultures
