Job Description

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory as training and coaching will be provided)
• Possess good work ethics, pleasant personality, is proactive and resourceful
• Self-motivated, aggressive and possess high interest in the property industry
• Love challenges and like to work in a competitive environment
• Able to SPEAK and UNDERSTAND WRITTEN English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Knowledge of spoken Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage but not compulsory)
• MUST HAVE either a car or motorbike
• MUST HAVE Smartphone and either a working laptop or iPAD/Tablet
• MUST be willing / available to work on weekends & public holidays

• To be actively involved in the marketing and selling process of new Residential Projects or Sub-Sales (existing) properties
• To call and create appointments to meet, present and negotiate with potential clients for sales closures
• To provide good service, build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
• To ensure consistent follow ups are done with clients for possible return sales & referrals
