KEY RESPONSIBILITES To tie up & deepen relationship with Real Estate Agencies in Klang Valley. To look into current registered REAs/Agents and to reconnect inactive agents for referrals. To on-board new agencies/agents who have not yet to register with the Bank. To be the main driver for secondary mortgage loans via portfolio & relationship management. To organize sales/co-branding events with REAs To work closely with Homeowners on special campaigns for his portfolio of REAs. COMPLIANCE RISK MANAGEMNT ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH INTERNAL Policies, external Authorities Regulators / Legal/ ML- KYC, Corporate Policies and Services Standards. KEY REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/Experience/Skills) Formal Education : Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree holder Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry) : Minimum 5 years\' experience in mortgage sales or 3 years\' experience in Realtor Relationship Management. Preferably Chinese speaker Other skills required: Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Possess good analytical and problem solving skills. Possess good network with prominent REAs/ Agents. Good knowledge in secondary mortgage market & services. Acceptable level of MIS analytics
