Job Description

-Responsible to check & receive theme park items, warehouse stock items including DML, Non-DML, Direct Issue & Upon request items. -Support warehouse operations by receiving incoming material, counting and inventory items, as well as receiving & checking the contents of packages against packing lists & manifests. -To perform weight check of the goods on scale, counting units, measure lengths, thickness etc. with the required tools provided -To perform physical check on the product label, specification, quality & quantity received against the Purchase Order. -To check on temperature & cleanliness of truck, seafood, chicken and meat according to the guideline given. -Ensuring timely & accurate receipt inventory by physically / eletronically into the computer system and record all invoice/DO into logbook. Goods without PO or PR (LOA) are to record & submit to GCP. -To check on expire date, manufacturing label, Halal status & ensure DML food are following HACPP standards. -To raise Goods Returned Note accurately for supplier to sign on sample, rejected / repair goods & perform reversal in system if required -To coordinate with warehouse & end user on goods received / returned goods -To ensure goods received are properly arrange at the designate staging area & to inform end user to collect it within the time frame -To stick liquor & wine sticker on the bottle -To operate the forklift & power pallet truck during unloading of goods -To carry out cleaning on all equipment after use including sanitizing -To check & discharge Diesel at all location in the Resort (off site Central Receiving) -To carry out other any other assignment / task given by superior as when required -To comply & conform all Quality Management System requirement as set by Management
