Job Description


  • You will be responsible for managing the receipt of incoming goods and materials, ensuring accuracy in inventory records, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy in quantity, quality, and condition.
  • Accurately document received goods, update inventory systems, and maintain detailed records of all inbound shipments.
  • Communicate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt and allocation of materials.
  • Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in organizing and storing received goods in designated areas, ensuring efficient warehouse layout and material flow.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, and contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Continuously work to improve KPI\'s for receipt to stock as well as driving reductions for non-conformances of receipts.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess 5-7 years\' experience in a receiving or warehouse role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
