Manage overall Receiving and Store operations.
Follow up closely with Procurement Department on goods to be delivered.
Diligently receive goods and services based on approved Purchase Orders.
Make necessary receiving and posting into Material Management System.
Ensure store receiving and issuance are handled accordingly with proper records.
Assists the Procurement Department on any related matters.
Manage Inventory Stocks and Dispose Items by monthly basis.
Report by monthly basis.
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
At least SPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
Experience in hospitality and/or retail industry is an added advantage.
1 - 2 year working experience in related field.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Good interpersonal skills.
