The Malaysia office was established in year 2005 and it serves the group\'s SEA regional headquarter and supports its subsidiaries (Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Philippines) and representative of\xc2\xacfices in neighbouring countries and business partners within the region.

Remuneration: Base + EPF 15% from employer + Medical & Dental + Parking+ Bonuses

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Handle all incoming calls and ensure channel to the appropriate person in a polite, courteous and efficient manner

\xc2\xb7 Attend and assist visitors/ guests/ clients politely

\xc2\xb7 To liaise with dispatch and courier companies for incoming and outgoing mails or packages and distribution to the relevant personnel

\xc2\xb7 Keep track of general administration works such as monitoring stationery stock level as well as ordering supplies

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for performing general office duties

\xc2\xb7 Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by department superior from time to time

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Diploma

\xc2\xb7 At Least 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in Sales Support role or equivalent is required for this position
