Job Description


  • Your duties to meet up and greeting guests and issuing keys to guest by reservation unit.
  • Perform all check-in and check-out task to guest before their arrival date.
  • Answering or reply phone calls , text and handling guest inquiry , complaint and quick respond and follow up ensure with solution to guest in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with housekeeping , maintenance staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished in good condition to accommodate guests needs.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM1,500.00 per month Schedule:
