From Second Month Onwards

: Basic RM 1,800 + Commission + Incentives (Total earnings up to RM 3,500, based on performance)

Position: Front Desk cum Customer Service (Full-Time)

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented individual to join our massage center as a

Front Desk cum Customer Service

staff member. As the first point of contact, you will be instrumental in creating a warm and welcoming environment, handling bookings, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

:

Minimum SPM or equivalent (prior customer service experience is a plus) Pleasant personality with strong communication skills Trustworthy, responsible, and honest in handling daily tasks and cash Proficient in English and Malay (other languages are an advantage) Basic knowledge of computers and POS (Point of Sale) systems Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (off-days provided on a rotational basis) Punctual, positive attitude, and eager to learn

Key Responsibilities

:

Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner Manage walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online bookings Coordinate daily appointment schedules and communicate with therapists Provide information on services, ongoing promotions, and packages Handle payment transactions, issue receipts, and manage cash appropriately Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area Perform administrative tasks including record-keeping and updating customer information Address customer feedback or complaints politely and escalate when necessary Support management in ensuring smooth daily operations

Working Hours

(Shift-Based):

Morning Shift

: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (includes 1-hour break)

Mid Shift

: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM (includes 1-hour break)

Night Shift

: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM (includes 1-hour break)

Work Days

: 6 days a week, with 1 off-day on a weekday (rotational basis)
