What you\'ll be doing - Responsible on day-to-day office admin operations inclusive of front desk services. Administrative Task Greeting and welcoming external stakeholders (i.e. visitor, interviewee, suppliers, and etc.) and extending any support/ assistance required. Handle general administrative duties, including attending to internal work order, answering phones, responding to emails, mail management and distribution, and managing office supplies (stationery and pantry inventory). Assist in managing office facilities and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Monitor periodical services (pest control, vending machine, snack vending machine, and etc.) Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. Prepare work permit application for suppliers and vendors, when necessary. Human Resources Support Prepare welcome kit for new joiners. Participate actively in the coordination, planning, and execution of engagement events/ activities. Perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time. About you - Minimum SPM holder. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position. Prior experience as a receptionist/office administration is an added advantage. Good in written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Proficient in Chinese is an additional advantage). Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications. Able to work independently, high committed, responsible and dependable. Pleasant appearance, attractive with good interpersonal skills. Resourceful, self-starter and a good team player. Willing to learn and pick up new things.
