Managing the front desk and reception area
Attending to incoming and outgoing calls
Attend to walk in clients at the reception areas
Arranging, sorting, distribution and recording of outgoing, incoming mail and couriers
Arranging for couriers pickups
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks - photocopying, binding, filing
Assists in general admin duties, oversee the cleanliness of office and filing store
Opening and retrieval of files
To assists in any other admin duties assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette
Experience in front desk management, especially secretarial firm will be an added advantage
Good communication and administrative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Basic office operations
Willing to learn and adapt
Able to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
