Greet, welcome, direct, and announce visitors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them, while providing basic information as needed.
Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
Perform various clerical and receptionist tasks, including filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing.
Manage the pantry and stationery supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked.
Coordinate with Building Management (DATS) for office maintenance and other requirements, such as janitorial services and electrical needs.
Maintain a tidy, organized, and attractive reception area, and ensure that leaflets and posters are current and properly displayed.
Job Requirements:
SPM/STPM/Foundation/Diploma/A-level are welcome to apply.
Minimum 1 year working experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic computer knowledge.
