Handle incoming calls & enquiries.
General administrative works.
Any ad hoc assignments as required by superior.
Requirements:
Min SPM certificate holder (Science Stream).
At least 2-3 years working experience.
Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
Able to work on weekends. 6 days work.
Multilingual is a pre-requisite.
Outgoing & passionate in customer service.
