Front Desk & Visitor Management



Greet visitors, manage deliveries and handle front desk duties. Answer calls, take messages and direct inquiries. Arrange refreshments and meals for meetings as needed.

Office Administration



Maintain filing systems (hard copy and digital); support daily admin tasks. Monitor office equipment, facilities and cleanliness; supervise cleaning staff. Manage office and pantry supplies, handle courier services and update stock movement. Coordinate administrative tasks and projects across departments; maintain and improve internal workflows. Provide secretarial support to Board, Management and Legal teams, including preparing meetings and handling confidential correspondence. Handle petty cash (office and drivers), vendor payments and staff expense claims; verify claims with receipts, approvals and correct GST details before submitting to Finance (HQ Johor Jaya). Ensure office security by locking doors and switching off lights/equipment. Prepare and submit business license applications (e.g., DBKL); maintain submission records. Responsible for organizing internal company events (e.g., staff birthdays, CNY dinners and etc.), with support from Admin Dept for event details. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned; show willingness to learn, be proactive and take initiative with professional attitude. Manage time effectively, adapt to changing priorities and support teams to ensure smooth operations.

Driver & Vehicle Administration



Collect drivers' OT claims (every 15th & 30th) and submit to finance dept. Manage Shell card usage, invoices, cancellations and replacements. Arrange vehicle inspections and servicing for company cars.

Personal Support for Managing Director



Handle personal tasks for Managing Director (e.g., household upkeep, parking, utilities). Provide updates and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Job Requirements



Minimum qualification of SPM or relevant vocational/technical certificates such as Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM), Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM), or equivalent in Business Administration or related fields. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrates commitment, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. Maintains a professional appearance and possesses a pleasant personality. Possession of a valid driving license (D) is an advantage. Willingness to be based at Wisma Perkeso, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
