Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls from customers
  • Provide good customer services and maintain good report with company customers
  • Ensure customer request, inquiry, feedback and complaints are attended and resolved in timely manner and in accordance to Company\'s procedures.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity.
  • To escalate any unresolved issues, which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures.
  • Ensure inquiries received are properly recorded and follow- up.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned and deemed necessary.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field.
  • Have good telephone etiquette with excellent listening skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month Benefits:
