Answer calls & providing administrative support
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
Notifies Branch Manager / Consultant of visitor arrival
Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries
Maintain cleanliness of the reception and other facilities
Assist in the efficiency of support services such as Housekeeping, Maintenance & etc
Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries or courier items
Assist in any other duties as required by Branch Manager from time to time
Job Requirement
Candidate must posses at least SPM/STPM/O-Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Equivalent
At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required
Positive working attitudes and highly responsible
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Good time management skills
Polite and good phone etiquette
Proficiency in major languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Words
Ability to professionally evaluate and escalate problems / issues promptly when necessary
Strong in planning, organizing skills, innovative and creative
Candidates without experience, but posses positive attitude and fast learner are encouraged to apply
