s:
  • Answer telephone calls, transfer calls to appropriate individuals and take messages
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail, packages, etc.
  • Utilize office appliances such as copier, scanner etc.
  • Perform daily office administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma Certificate
  • Proficient with Microsoft office or related software
  • Good communication, organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Clerical experience preferred
Requirements
  • Minimum education level: High school
