Provide good customer services and maintain good report with company customers
Ensure customer request, inquiry, feedback and complaints are attended and resolved in timely manner and in accordance to Company\'s procedures.
Work closely with team members to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity.
To escalate any unresolved issues, which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures.
Ensure inquiries received are properly recorded and follow- up.
Any other duties as and when assigned and deemed necessary.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field.
Have good telephone etiquette with excellent listening skills.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
