Job Description

A hotel receptionist's job duties include greeting guests, answering phones, and managing reservations. They also handle guest complaints and provide concierge services.

Responsibilities



*Guest services: Welcome guests, check in and out, and provide keys

*Reservations: Book reservations and maintain guest records

*Phone calls: Answer calls from guests and prospective customers, take messages, and deliver them

*Guest inquiries: Handle guest inquiries and complaints, and contact the appropriate personnel

*Concierge services: Arrange travel, book tickets, and provide information about local attractions

Billing: Prepare room bills and ensure prompt payments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
