Description

  • Attends to all incoming calls and route calls appropriately to the pertinent individual.
  • Sorts all incoming mails/courier service and ensure distribution is made to the right recipient
  • Handle walk-in at reception counter, welcoming visitors with greetings, clear direction and address them appropriately.
  • Set up the meeting room for all meetings and assist in event management
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping and distribution of items to internal colleagues
  • Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, suppliers and customers.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
