Attends to all incoming calls and route calls appropriately to the pertinent individual.
Sorts all incoming mails/courier service and ensure distribution is made to the right recipient
Handle walk-in at reception counter, welcoming visitors with greetings, clear direction and address them appropriately.
Set up the meeting room for all meetings and assist in event management
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping and distribution of items to internal colleagues
Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, suppliers and customers.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
