Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to join our team at GSA (Growing Seeds Academy)

Job Scope & Responsibilities

?Front Desk Management

Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and direct inquiries to the right person. Handle student and parent walk-ins, providing accurate information about courses and schedules.
?Administrative Support

Manage class schedules, student attendance, and teacher timetables. Assist with student registration, data entry, and maintaining student records. Handle basic office tasks (filing, printing, document preparation).
? Customer Service

Provide prompt support to parents and students regarding fees, classes, and enquiries. Coordinate with teachers and management to ensure smooth operations. Support marketing/promotional events when required.
? Other Duties

Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area. Assist with office inventory and supplies. Any other tasks assigned by management for smooth daily operation.
