Job Description




Responsibilities:

  • Great all clients/person coming into the office/entering to organization.
  • Attend to all incoming calls and taking down the messages through the phone and provide information to caller
  • To records all incoming mail and ensure they are delivered to the correct persons
  • Procure and manage office supplies/equipment e.g. stationeries, sundries, maintenance /repair/replacement of equipment/pantry appliances
  • To deliver cheques/ document to all these coming to collect the cheques/ document
  • To ensure mails to courier companies are done properly
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Office management i.e. company car maintenance, insurance, road tax, license application & renewal (including business, port license, road tax for company cars, etc...)
Requirements: * Possess at least SPM qualification
  • Strong computer skill
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Language: Mandarin, English , Bahasa Malaysia.
