Great all clients/person coming into the office/entering to organization.
Attend to all incoming calls and taking down the messages through the phone and provide information to caller
To records all incoming mail and ensure they are delivered to the correct persons
Procure and manage office supplies/equipment e.g. stationeries, sundries, maintenance /repair/replacement of equipment/pantry appliances
To deliver cheques/ document to all these coming to collect the cheques/ document
To ensure mails to courier companies are done properly
Organizing and maintaining files and records
Office management i.e. company car maintenance, insurance, road tax, license application & renewal (including business, port license, road tax for company cars, etc...)
Requirements: * Possess at least SPM qualification
Strong computer skill
Multi-tasking capabilities
Language: Mandarin, English , Bahasa Malaysia.
