Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and well-organized Receptionist to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily office operations, including handling phone calls, welcoming visitors, managing front desk duties and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and professional office coordination.

Working Location: Indahpura Kulai, Johor

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday), 9am - 1pm (Alternate Saturday)

Job Responsibilities:



Reception



Handle all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments. Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, documents, and deliveries. Greet and assist walk-in visitors, customers, and suppliers. Coordinate with guardhouse to maintain visitor log records. Support general front desk administration and cleanliness.

Job Requirements:



Minimum SPM or equivalent. At least

2 years of working experience

in reception or related roles. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Familiar with basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word). Responsible, organized and able to multitask. Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
