We\'re hiring Receptionist based in Lembah Subang, Petaling Jaya!JOB DETAIL
Position: Receptionist
Company Industry: Transportation
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)
Working Location: Lembah Subang, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Working Duration: 6 months contract (Renewable/Conversion based on performance)
Salary: Range from RM2000 - RM2500 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement*Prefer to have own transportation*JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Presentable
- Able to communicate in English and Malay
- Ensure to greet visitors and help them with any related matters.
- Handle incoming telephone calls promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Provide a courteous reception to the walk-in visitors and guests
- Reporting to the Head of Unit,
- Overall unit\'s administration, documentation, and records wellbeing,
- Assist unit\'s PM & CW tasks and work scheduler,
- Units administrative coordinator,
- Enforcing Safety and Health and Security measures in tasks.
- Coordinating works for high value asset, huge numbers, numbers of contractors and contracts and wide-spread locations with huge numbers of documentations
