WE ARE HIRING TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST IN ITPosition: Technical Business Analyst (IT)
Working Location: Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, Complex A, Mas Engineering, 47200 Subang, SelangorCompany Industry: Manufacturing / Aircraft maintenanceWorking hours: Monday - Friday (8000 to 1730)Working Duration: 12 months (possibilities of contract extension/convert to permanent based on contractor performance)Salary: RM8,000Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across MRO operations, including technicians, mechanics, and management, to gather and analyze business requirements and process data.
• Utilize your data analytics expertise (e.g., SQL, Python, data visualization tools) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the MRO Shop.
• Develop insightful reports and dashboards that clearly communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Propose and implement data-driven solutions to optimize MRO processes, reduce cycle times, improve quality, and enhance cost-efficiency.
• Champion Lean principles, driving continuous improvement initiatives and streamlining workflows based on data-driven evidence.
• Partner with cross functional DT teams to develop and integrate data analysis tools and systems for effective data management and utilization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics trends and technologies relevant to the aviation industry.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Spotfire, Tableau etc. Specifically, proficiency in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

Requirement;

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computers, Engineering, or related field, preferably with a focus on data analytics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within the aviation or manufacturing industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python & data visualization tools (Spotfire, SAP HANA, Fiori etc).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of Lean principles and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Hunger to deliver impactful results and make a significant contribution to the company\'s success.
