Position: Technical Business Analyst
Salary: up RM6000 + Statutory Contribution + Insured Medical Coverage
Location: CD Tower, Petaling Jaya
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pmResponsibilities /Accountabilities:

• Capture and translate business requirements into system requirements for IT/Digital teams, including clarifying and documenting requirements from business users, and interfacing between Product and technical teams.
• Work collaboratively with IT and other technical teams to ensure the understanding of the business requirements are captured accurately and comprehensively to ensure timely delivery of business requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and other business users in enhancing product features.
• Work closely with with business users and quality assurance (TQA) teams to plan and review user acceptance and product verification test cases and results.
• Follow through product development and project management from requirement gathering through to product verification testing, then recommend and see through rectifications, if any, with relevant cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide progress updates to the Product team, including identifying, managing and escalating delivery risks in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience Product Development/ Technical Business Analyst/ Digital Platform Management/ Product Management
• Good communication skills, proficient in English and BM.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and detail-oriented.
• Strong team player with ability to work collaboratively within and cross-functionally.
• Ability to translate business requirement into Technical Business Requirement Document.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Go-getter in get things done on time.
