Fresh graduate and those from hospitality or Retail Industry are welcome
Candidate must at least possess SPM or equivalent
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Able to work 6 days in a week including weekends and Public holidays (Weekdays Off)
Able to perform shift work
Have basic computer knowledge
Good Customer Service

Handle incoming and outgoing call and walk in customers professionally
Handle customer complaint with care and professional manner
To maintain cleanliness of Front desk counter
Handles cash, sales, transactions and ensure accurate daily sales record
Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time
